Adam Ostrowsky

Executive Director, Capital Markets at Mack Real Estate Group

Adam Ostrowsky has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Adam began their career as a Lifeguard at New York State Park from 1999 to 2003. Adam then worked as an Associate at Clifford Chance US LLP from 2006 to 2011, where they negotiated and drafted various legal documents related to investment funds, cash and synthetic CDOs, and CRE mortgage loans. In 2011, they joined Morrison & Foerster LLP as an Associate, focusing on residential mortgage financing and structured notes. From 2012 to 2018, Adam worked at H/2 Capital Partners as a Vice President, responsible for capital markets activities and managing various debt and equity investments. In 2018, they joined Nearwater Capital as a Consultant, where they provided expert advice. Currently, Adam serves as the Executive Director of Capital Markets at Mack Real Estate Group, managing the funding of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans through various financing formats.

Adam Ostrowsky received their high school diploma in Liberal Arts from Chaminade High School in 1998. Adam then went on to earn a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University at Albany, SUNY, from 1999 to 2002. Adam further pursued their education at The George Washington University Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, in 2007, they obtained certification as an Admitted to New York State Bar.
