Richard Biletta

Richard Biletta has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Richard began their career as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Whinney in 1984 and worked there for four years. In 1988, they joined Matrix Development Group as a Controller, where they stayed for six years before moving on to Mack Companies. At Mack Companies, they assumed the role of COO/CFO in 1994 and is still currently employed. In 2013, Biletta became the Treasurer and Board Member for Housing Works, Inc. and in 2015, they joined Mack Real Estate Group as a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management, where they continue to work.

Richard Biletta obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Dickinson College, where they studied from 1978 to 1982. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Professional Accounting from Rutgers University between 1983 and 1984.
