Gustavo Favila Rivera has extensive experience in program management and manufacturing management. Gustavo has worked for various companies including Mack Technologies, Asteelflash, SCIENTIFIC ATLANTA DE MÉXICO/FOXCONN CNSBG, and Flex.

At Mack Technologies, Gustavo served as a Program Manager, overseeing expenses, monthly revenue, and leading NPIs and redesigns. Gustavo also acted as a continuous improvement leader and coordinated 8D's reports.

Gustavo Favila Rivera holds a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Gustavo'sfield of study during this period was Design. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez, where they earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering between 2007 and 2013. Furthermore, Gustavo obtained additional certification as an Internal Auditor in various areas including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000/EICC, RoHS, OHSAS, and C-TPAT, from Lic. Lorenzo Reyes Viramontes in July 2013. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued further professional development by completing the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program at Value Added Academy.
