Joshua Dufek

Joshua Dufek has over 18 years of experience in the retail and management consulting industry. Joshua began their career in 2002 as the Purchasing Director at Brock Contract Services. In 2003, they became a District Manager at Starbucks. Joshua then moved on to Gravity Payments as the VP of Operations and Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2011. After this, they returned to Starbucks as a District Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Senior Manager at Apple, where they led all training, employee engagement, and developmental strategy for the Genius Bar/training/repair side of the business. From 2016 to 2017, they were the General Manager of US Retail at Canada Goose, where they were responsible for building the team, determining initial and ongoing training processes, store operations model, leadership structure, customer journey, leadership development, and labor model for US retail. In 2018, Joshua joined Casper as the Area Manager and General Manager of the Flagship Casper Sleep Shop and The Dreamery by Casper. Finally, in 2022, Joshua became the Senior Director of Retail Performance at Mack Weldon.

Joshua Dufek attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2011-2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. After graduating, they attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2016-2018, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.

Joshua Dufek earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015. Joshua then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2018.
