Caitlin Davies

Caitlin Davies is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and program management, currently serving as the Coordinator Employee Services at Mackay Regional Council since January 2019. With a tenure at Conservation Volunteers Australia since July 2010, Caitlin has held multiple leadership roles, including North Queensland Operations Manager and One Reef Program Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing the development of the flagship One Reef program and managing regional operations across North Queensland. Accomplishments include successfully transitioning North Queensland operations from Green Army, developing the One Reef program, and facilitating significant employment outcomes through various initiatives. Caitlin also possesses a Bachelor of Justice, Criminology from Queensland University of Technology.
