Beth Griper

Beth Griper is a seasoned finance professional with significant experience in client relations and responsible investing. Currently serving as Managing Director, Client Portfolio Manager, and Co-Head of Responsible Investing at MacKay Shields LLC since August 2007, Beth has specialized in client service for municipal bonds, corporate credit, and international equities. Prior to this role, Beth was a Director in the Global Corporate Client Group at NYSE Euronext, managing relationships with 120 listed companies and driving new listings across various regions. Additionally, Beth has held positions at Zurich Financial Services as a Senior Business Development Analyst, achieving significant annual revenue, and at Credit Suisse and Shearman & Sterling LLP in roles focused on foreign exchange and legal assistance, respectively. Academically, Beth holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in International Relations and German from Bucknell University.
