Elshonner Johnson is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in strategic change communications, corporate communications, and cultural transformation. Currently serving as the Communications and Culture Manager at Mackay Sugar, Elshonner has previously held key roles at Power and Water Corporation, Allianz Australia, and TIO, where responsibilities included managing communication strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and aligning organizational culture post-acquisition.
