Joanne Yeung has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Joanne currently works as a Project Lead at Mackenzie Health since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Central Local Health Integration Network as a Project Manager from July 2015 to March 2020, where they were responsible for overseeing strategic plan projects.

Before that, Joanne worked at Cancer Care Ontario where they held various roles including Senior Business Analyst, Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator from 2011 to 2015. At Cancer Care Ontario, they were involved in developing and supporting business processes for Access to Care, as well as providing business analysis and support for health information system projects.

Earlier in their career, Joanne worked at Environment Canada as a Policy Analyst and Compliance Promotion Coordinator in 2010 and 2011. Joanne also has experience working at the University of Waterloo as a Research Project Lead and Teaching Assistant, where they conducted pharmacokinetic studies and supervised students in analytical labs.

Joanne's work experience also includes their role as a Pharmacist Assistant at Leslie Medical Pharmacy from 2002 to 2006. Overall, Joanne has demonstrated skills in project management, business analysis, and research throughout their diverse career.

Joanne Yeung holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Public Administration from Dalhousie University. Joanne also holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Bioanalytical Chemistry from the University of Waterloo. Joanne'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from York University.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Joanne Yeung has obtained the certification of Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) from Prosci in May 2022. Joanne is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute.
