Gloria Er-Chua

Gloria Er-Chua, MA, MBA, currently serves as Assistant Vice President of Risk Management at Mackenzie Investments, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Gloria Er-Chua accumulated extensive experience with the Ontario Government from March 2013 to August 2023, holding several key positions including Director of Policy & Digital Enterprise at Ontario Digital Service, Director of Risk Integration at the Treasury Board Secretariat, Chief of Staff at Ontario Digital Service, and Senior Advisor roles concerning digital and data initiatives and immigration matters. Earlier in the career, Gloria Er-Chua was a Staff Reporter for the Toronto Star from April 2010 to September 2011. Academically, Gloria Er-Chua holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Master of Arts in Public Policy and Administration from Toronto Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Queen's University.
