Caroline Grard

Caroline Grard is a licensed real estate broker with extensive experience representing buyers and sellers in the Charlotte area. Currently affiliated with Mackey Realty CLT since July 2022, Caroline holds licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Previous roles include positions at Dickens Mitchener Residential Real Estate, Keller Williams Realty, Carolina Buyer's Agent, and other firms, accumulating a robust background in residential real estate and property management. In addition to real estate, Caroline's earlier career included roles in property leasing and administrative concierge services within senior living communities. Caroline holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in History from Guilford College and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Interior Design from Northern Virginia Community College.
