Melinda Kirkham

Melinda Kirkham is an Associate Attorney at Mackie Wolf Zientz & Mann, P.C. Melinda handles Tennessee caseload of judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, attends eviction hearings on behalf of lenders, and distributes excess proceeds from IOLTA account. Previously, Melinda worked as an Examiner at Amrock where Melinda managed a high-volume queue of orders for residential loans and consulted with various team members. Melinda also has experience as a Title Agent at Homeland Title and Brill Title Company, as well as fulfilling roles in legal secretary and paralegal positions. Melinda obtained their Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
