Henry Abbott started their work experience in 2010 as a Personal Care Assistant at Southern Cross Care (Vic). In 2016, they became a Therapeutic Residential Care Worker at MacKillop Family Services, where they demonstrated a strong passion for the mental and psychological development of young people. Henry then moved on to work as a Support Worker at the Department of Health & Human Services, Victoria in 2016.
Henry Abbott attended the Australian Catholic University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse & Business Administration. Prior to that, in 2016, they completed an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management at Employease. Additionally, in the same year, Henry obtained a Cert IV in Disability from Intercare Training Services, specializing in Disability Studies.
