Jeffrey Goh has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Jeffrey started their career as an Associate at Weber Shandwick, where they provided strategic counsel and support for healthcare clients. Jeffrey later became a Consultant at the same company, where they gained experience in media management and publicity for campaigns in the creative industry.

Jeffrey then worked as an Account Manager at Red Agency, where they managed client accounts and developed materials for corporate, consumer, and healthcare clients. Jeffrey also organized and executed press conferences, product launches, and media trainings.

After that, they served as a Senior Account Manager at Icon Agency and as a PR Specialist at the Leukaemia Foundation. In these roles, they were responsible for media and influencer relations and worked to support and care for people living with blood cancer.

Jeffrey then transitioned to the nonprofit sector, volunteering as a non-clinical support staff at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, where they looked after cancer patients during COVID lockdowns. Jeffrey also worked as a Communications Manager at the Australian Cancer Survivorship Centre and as a Communications and Project Manager at the Australia and New Zealand Sarcoma Association.

Most recently, Jeffrey worked as a Case Manager at Prestige Inhome Care, where they shadowed case managers and engaged with clients and external stakeholders in the disability and aged care sector. Jeffrey is currently employed as a Child Wellbeing Intake Practitioner at MacKillop Family Services, where they work with families and individuals facing family violence or child wellbeing concerns.

Throughout their work experience, Jeffrey has developed skills in client management, stakeholder engagement, media relations, and strategic planning. Jeffrey has also demonstrated qualities such as compassion, empathy, and good listening skills in their roles.

Jeffrey Goh has a diverse educational background. In 2021, they attended RMIT University and completed a Graduate Certificate in Domestic and Family Violence. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2020, they studied at Holmesglen and obtained a Diploma of Community Services. In 2009 to 2010, Jeffrey pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication and Media Management at the University of South Australia.

Additionally, Jeffrey has obtained certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills in the field. In December 2021, they completed Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) offered by LivingWorks. Furthermore, in October 2020, they obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
