The Leadership Team at MacKillop Family Services is responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring the effective management of the organization's diverse programs, including foster care, family support, alternative education, and disability services. Led by the CEO, the team collaborates to oversee operations, drive service excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to best support vulnerable children and families across NSW, WA, and VIC.
