Carol Shea

Carol Shea has extensive experience in writing and editing across various sectors, beginning as a Staff Writer for the Missouri Valley Observer from 1991 to 1993. Carol worked as an Associate Editor at Design Basics Home Plans (1993-1999), where success was achieved in executing the vision for direct-mail magazines. From 1999 to 2004, Carol served as Deputy Editor for Meredith Corporation, overseeing the creative content of annual and special publications. Subsequently, Carol worked as a Freelance Writer from 2005 to 2012, delivering engaging content for diverse media. Since October 2016, Carol has held multiple roles at Mackin Educational Resources, including Book Annotator and Quotes Specialist, focusing on creating engaging book annotations for K-12 students.
