Elaina Bauman

Elaina Bauman has extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist and Account Manager at Mackin Educational Resources since June 2019. In this role, Elaina handles customer inquiries via phone and email, facilitating communication between clients and internal departments while resolving issues related to orders and digital materials. Prior experience includes an Archives Intern position at the Steele County Historical Society, where Elaina cataloged a significant collection and improved accessions policies, as well as roles in customer service at The Perfect Day Cakes and Dressbarn, focusing on enhancing the customer experience and supporting sales operations. Elaina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
