Raymond Patella is a seasoned attorney currently serving as a Partner at Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins P.C., specializing in business law, commercial transactions, bankruptcy, and insolvency-related matters. With extensive experience in representing a variety of stakeholders in financial distress situations, Raymond has previously held partner roles at Kraemer Burns, Fox Rothschild LLP, and Blank Rome LLP, where expertise included commercial litigation and complex contract negotiations. As Chairperson of the Bankruptcy/Insolvency Practice Group at Mackrell International, Raymond leads a global network of practitioners.
