Kathryn Lewis has a wealth of experience in operations management and leadership. Kathryn began their career in 2011 as an Office Coordinator and Student Services Manager at Achievement First. In 2014, they moved to Friends of the High Line as an Operations Manager, where they created scalable and user-friendly processes to integrate two teams and managed a multi-use office and operational headquarters. In 2016, they returned to Achievement First as a Founding Director of School Operations, where they established values-driven policies, procedures, and goals. In 2019, they moved to Little Island NYC as a Park Operations Manager, where they designed and implemented operational practices for a new 2.4-acre public park pier. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Director of Operations at Macktez.
