Andy Davies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and management within the lighting and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Mackwell Health since September 2020, Andy has been instrumental in transitioning the business from R&D to commercialization, focusing on sustainable solutions for healthcare. Previous roles include Commercial Director and Head of Business Development at Mackwell, where Andy successfully led the company out of the Covid-19 pandemic to achieve profitability. Andy's career also encompasses significant positions at Harvard Technology and GE Lighting, where notable achievements include the launch of innovative LED solutions and the development of smart IoT platforms. Andy holds a PhD in Materials Chemistry and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Reading.
