Kathleen Finlay

Kathleen Finlay is a Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Coordinator at MacLean Engineering since December 2022, where the focus is on manufacturing and servicing underground mining and municipal vehicles. Prior to this role, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Advisor at CTRE Productions, providing HR advice and policy writing to ensure legislative compliance. Kathleen's career also includes extensive experience as a Naturopathic Doctor from October 1998 to October 2021, dedicated to empowering patients towards optimal health. Additionally, Kathleen taught Environmental Medicine at the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, educating students about the health impacts of environmental factors. Kathleen holds a Human Resources Management degree from Algonquin College, a Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Brock University.
