Paul Martyniak

Paul Martyniak is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in product engineering and systems management. Currently serving as a Product Engineering Specialist - Systems at MacLean Engineering since January 2023, Paul previously held roles such as Sr. Systems Engineer & Production Manager at Aurora Solar Technologies, where responsibilities included managing production challenges and developing operational procedures. Prior experience at Honeywell Process Solutions as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer involved providing technical direction and managing defect tracking processes. Paul has also contributed to the design and maintenance of submarine rescue vehicles at OceanWorks International and led engineering teams at Sandvik, overseeing electrical systems for mining vehicles. An academic background in Electrical Engineering from McMaster University complements Paul’s practical experience, along with additional certifications in environmental engineering and sustainable supply chains from the Technical University of Munich.
