Kristin Malbasa

Kristin Malbasa has extensive experience in human resources, specifically in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, record management, policy development, payroll processing and administration, and legal compliance. Kristin has worked in leadership roles at multiple companies including MacLean-Fogg Company, MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, and Maclean Power Systems. Their responsibilities have included providing direction and vision for organizational development, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits. Kristin has also been involved in implementing company-wide programs and advising executives and employees on human resources trends and issues.

Kristin Malbasa received their MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2006. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Education, Business, and Math from the University of Iowa in 1998.
