Tobi Merschat

Tobi Merschat is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience leading human resources functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of HR Operations at Reynolds Consumer Products since January 2025, Tobi has previously held prominent roles such as Vice President of Talent and Culture at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where responsibilities included direct oversight of Learning and Development, Culture and Engagement, and DEI&B initiatives. Tobi's prior experience includes positions as Executive Vice President of Human Resources at GEC Packaging Technologies, Vice President of Human Resources at Evergreen Packaging, and as a Human Resources Manager at International Paper, highlighting a strong background in building people-centric and values-driven cultures, as well as managing complex HR operations in both unionized and non-unionized environments. Tobi holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
