Paul Chandler

Paul Chandler has a diverse work experience in various roles with different companies. Paul began their career as President/CEO of Chandler Tool & Design Inc. where they achieved revenue growth and operational excellence. Paul then served as a Manufacturing Manager at GE Aviation, managing P+L responsibility and achieving cost savings. Following that, they worked as a Director of Operations / Director of Quality at Pearson Fastener, reducing inventory and championing quality certifications. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at MacLean-Fogg Component Solutions, a global automotive and power utility products manufacturer.

Paul Chandler has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their degree, they hold several certifications. Paul obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Rock Valley College in March 2016. Paul also received TEAMing Certification from GE Aviation in June 2012. Furthermore, Paul Chandler has completed OSHA 30 HR Safety Training at GE Aviation, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
