Lisa Whitmore

Lisa Whitmore has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lisa currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MacLean Power Systems since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of HR at BAND-IT IDEX from October 2021 to October 2022. Before that, Lisa worked at L3Harris Technologies as the Vice President of Human Resources, where they were responsible for establishing HR practices to improve talent acquisition and position the business for growth. Lisa also held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, where they served as a strategic HR business partner to division headquarters from 2005 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Lisa worked as the Director of Human Resources at JONES LANG LA SALLE and as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Fluor Corporation.

Lisa Whitmore holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Chapman University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Fostering Belonging as a Leader," "Inclusive Mindset," and "Organization Design" from LinkedIn. Lisa is also in the process of obtaining the "SHRP-SCP" certification from the Society of Human Resource Management.
