Richard Lee

Richard Lee currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer at MacLean Power Systems since January 2024. Prior experience includes nearly a decade at Trimble Inc. where Richard held roles as Vice President, Legal, and Corporate Counsel, contributing significantly to business areas generating over $1 billion in global revenue. Prior to Trimble, Richard worked as Associate General Counsel at ADA Carbon Solutions, where Richard developed sustainability strategies. Earlier legal experience includes positions at Faegre & Benson LLP and Cooley Godward Kronish LLP, providing general outside counsel on mergers and acquisitions, SEC compliance, and corporate governance. Richard's career began with roles in economic analysis at ICF Consulting and teaching English in Japan. Richard holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Cornell University.
