Kathryn Smith

Kathryn Smith is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in both the charitable and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Macmillan Cancer Support since November 2019, Kathryn has previously held significant roles at CIPD, including Head of Planning, Programmes & Performance Management, where strategic operational planning was a key responsibility. Additional roles at CIPD involved managing strategic change initiatives, technology projects, and various operational tasks. Prior to CIPD, Kathryn held project management and web development positions at Jobsin.co.uk Plc and served as an Audio Visual Graphic Designer at The Health Channel. Educational qualifications include a BSc in Biological Imaging from the University of Derby, complemented by coursework at The Open University.
