Rajah Vysyaraju

Rajah Vysyaraju is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in RFIC design and development, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Distinguished Fellow at MACOM since November 2024, Vysyaraju previously held the position of Director at ENGIN-IC, Inc. from November 2017 to November 2024. Prior roles include Senior Engineering Manager at QORVO, where responsibilities included managing wireless PA design and application support for defense and aerospace RFICs. Vysyaraju's earlier experience encompasses significant positions at Anadigics as Senior Manager of RFIC Design Engineering, Synergy Microwave as an RF Design Engineer, and contributions to various projects at Semiconductor Complex Ltd., Marine and Communication Electronics, and the Indian Space Research Organisation. Vysyaraju holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Andhra University.
