Paweł Kołodziejczyk

Paweł Kołodziejczyk is an experienced professional in simulation-based decision support and prescriptive analytics, currently serving as Lead Consultant and Product Owner at Macomi since January 2017, where responsibilities include optimizing business processes and resources for clients. Prior experience includes roles as Junior Simulation Consultant at Systems Navigator, focusing on developing decision support models and client communication, and as a Graduate Intern, where a simulation study was conducted for Nutreco to address product quality loss. Earlier experiences include internships at Engineering Design Center and Wärtsilä, along with a role as a receptionist at Leisure Centre "Wiezyca." Paweł holds a Master’s Degree in Management of Technology from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Automation Control and Robotics from Warsaw University of Technology.
