Etheria McFarland-Dalton

Etheria McFarland-Dalton has worked in the public and private sector since 1998. Etheria began their career at the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee as an Administrative Manager, where they performed all functions of outsourcing and human resources. In 2007, they moved to Central Georgia CASA as Program Director, where they were responsible for problem solving, recruiting, orienting, training, and supervising 30-40 staff. In 2012, they worked simultaneously as a Shelter Plus Care Coordinator at Oconee Center and a Prevention Program Coordinator at River Edge Behavioral Health Center. In 2014, they began their current role as Operations Program Manager at MACON-BIBB COUNTY ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY COUNCIL INC, where they monitor center operations to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and federal regulation, supervises and evaluates Center Manager, Center Supervisors, Transportation staff, and Education staff, and coordinates and supervises the Head Start training plan.

Etheria McFarland-Dalton received a Bachelor's degree in Human Services/Criminal Justice from Springfield College, Milwaukee WI in 2002. Etheria then went on to receive a Master's degree in Organizational Management/Leadership from Springfield College in 2004.
