Volodymyr Radchenko

Volodymyr Radchenko has a strong background in customer support and leadership. Volodymyr started their career as a Customer Support Team Lead at Software MacKiev in 2009. Volodymyr then worked as a Customer Support Engineer at Materialise from 2010 to 2012. Radchenko continued their customer support career at MacPaw Inc. from 2011 to 2015, where they served as a Customer Support Engineer. Volodymyr eventually became the Head of Customer Relations Service at MacPaw Inc. in 2015, responsible for leading and developing a team of Support Engineers and managing the customer lifecycle. Throughout their experience, they demonstrated a commitment to improving department performance and communication.

Volodymyr Radchenko obtained their Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the National Aviation University from 2003 to 2008.
