James Garrett

James Garrett has over eight years of experience in commercial law, currently serving as Special Counsel at Macpherson Kelley since July 2015, following a tenure as Senior Associate and Associate within the Commercial team. Prior experience includes working as a Commercial Lawyer at Moores from February 2013 to July 2015, where focus areas included commercial transactions, franchising agreements, and consumer law advice. James holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Distinction in Finance, both obtained from Deakin University between 2007 and 2012, and completed foundational education at Caulfield Grammar School from 2001 to 2006.
