William Baird

William Baird serves as Associate Commercial Counsel at Valvoline Inc. since November 2022, where responsibilities include managing, redlining, and negotiating procurement and sales contracts across various industries. Baird also held editorial roles with the Kentucky Law Journal from July 2022 to April 2024, progressing from Staff Editor to Managing Editor, ensuring adherence to publishing standards and assisting in journal operations. Previous experience includes legal externship with the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Office of Legal Services, legal internship with U.S. District Courts, and multiple accounting internships at Humana, focusing on procurement and financial processes. William Baird holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the University of Louisville College of Business.
