Victor Borzillo

Victor Borzillo has extensive experience in construction and infrastructure law, with a focus on complex disputes and project management. Victor started their career in 2002 as a Lawyer, specializing in commercial and construction litigation. Later, they worked as a Legal Counsel at Seqwater and as a Legal and Project Management Consultant at Wiggins Island Coal Export Terminal Pty Ltd. In 2012, they became a Director at Strategic Legal and Consulting. Victor joined Colin Biggers & Paisley in 2015 as a Partner, where they gained extensive experience in structuring projects, negotiating contracts, and resolving disputes. Currently, they work at Macpherson Kelley as the Principal and National Head of Group for Construction, Infrastructure, and Energy.

Victor Borzillo holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from The University of Queensland. Victor also has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Additionally, they attended St Joseph's College, Gregory Terrace, for their secondary education.
