Ashok M.

Ashok M. is an experienced compliance and legal professional currently serving as the Americas Head of Compliance for Macquarie Capital since April 2017. Prior to this role, Ashok held significant positions at Jefferies as the Americas Head of Control Group in IB & Research Compliance, and at Citigroup as a Senior Vice President in Control Group, providing advisory services on distressed debt trading and risk portfolio management. Early career experience includes roles at UBS Wealth Management, where Ashok served as Assistant General Counsel for Structured Products and held various positions in the Information Services Division. Ashok holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University at Buffalo. Education was completed at Bronx High School of Science.
