Kathy Damen

Kathy Damen has extensive experience in business banking and risk management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Banking Lending Operations Team and Team Leader for Business Banking Settlements at Macquarie Group since March 2014. Kathy has progressed through various roles within Macquarie's Business Banking division, overseeing compliance and documentation processes while managing a team of Settlement Executives. Previously, Kathy worked at Dun and Bradstreet Australia Pty Ltd, specializing in risk management services, where responsibilities included client education and annual internal auditing. Kathy's early career included customer service and administrative roles at Dun and Bradstreet and the Mount Ommaney Hotel Apartments. Kathy holds a Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management from The University of Queensland.
