Luke Brown

Luke Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in insights, reporting, and employee and customer engagement, particularly within the banking sector. At Macquarie Group, Luke held multiple leadership roles, including Head of EX Programs and Head of Insights & Reporting, where responsibilities included managing employee and customer feedback programs, producing high-quality internal and regulatory reports, and performing analyses to identify business growth opportunities. Prior to this, Luke contributed to research at UNSW and served as a career counsellor, achieving high satisfaction ratings from clients.
