William Gerald Demas

William Gerald Demas currently serves as the Head of Americas for Green Investments at Macquarie Asset Management, focusing on energy transition, decarbonization, and renewables since July 2022. Prior to this role, William held several key positions, including Managing Director at Stonepeak and Associate Partner at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, where the focus was on renewable and energy infrastructure private equity. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc. within the infrastructure sector, and positions at EWING BEMISS & CO, Good Energies, and Lazard. William received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and attended University School.
