Xiaofei Hou

Xiaofei Hou is a seasoned professional in algorithmic trading and quantitative development, currently serving as a Senior equity algorithmic trading desk strategist at Macquarie Group since December 2017. Additionally, Xiaofei holds the position of Associate Director/Vice President at an independent hedge fund under Delaware Life Insurance Company/Guggenheim Partners, leading a High Performance Computing Quantitative Development team in the creation of a comprehensive cross-asset quantitative algorithm trading and research platform. Prior experience includes roles as an MBS Trading Analytics System Developer at Credit Suisse, Senior Associate at J.P. Morgan, and Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital, among others. Xiaofei began an academic journey at New York University, earning a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences in 2011.
