Michael Davies

Michael Davies has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career as a Concierge at Hotel Centra from 1995 to 1998. Michael then joined Telstra Corporation, where they held various sales positions, including Account Executive and Account Director, from 2002 to 2011. Following that, they worked at Optus as a Sales Manager and later as the Director of Sales - Victoria and General Manager National Planning & Development. From 2013 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Macquarie Telecom Group, including Head of Commercial Operations, Head of Sales, Chief Operating Officer, and Head of Revenue. In 2021, they became the Chief Executive Officer of Global Health Limited, leading the company's transformation and revenue growth. Michael also worked as a Business Advisor and Shareholder at BodyGuide in 2022 before joining Macquarie Technology Group as the Head of Federal Government in 2023. Currently, they provide business consulting services across various sectors.

Michael Davies attended Wesley College from 1983 to 1989, completing their High School VCE. Michael then enrolled at La Trobe University from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a BBus degree in Business & Hospitality.
