At agency.com, Carlos rebuilt the business development team across Boston, New York and Atlanta offices. Carlos led regional business development and secured new accounts for Anthem Insurance, Sallie Mae, Worldspan, Saab, Terrabrook and Jordans Furniture.

Carlos Pimenta started their educational career by completing a Diploma in EDP & SA at Durban University of Technology. Carlos then went on to complete a degree in Technology at the same university.
