Jeff Osterhues has a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development. Most recently, they served as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at MacQueen Equipment, where they developed growth initiatives, implemented automation tools, and mentored future leaders. Prior to that, they were the Director of Global Sales, Service, and Marketing at Diagraph, where they successfully rebuilt sales and service teams and implemented a customer-centric approach. Jeff also held leadership positions at NET New Electronic Technology, Datalogic S.P.A., Datacard Group, TURCK Inc., SICK Inc., and Rockwell Automation, where they demonstrated their expertise in driving growth, improving channel relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies.
Jeff Osterhues holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology - Electronics, which they earned from the University of Wisconsin-Stout from 1983 to 1986.

Since 1961 the MacQueen Equipment Group has been growing and serving multiple heavy equipment industries in the Midwest. In addition to sales, MacQueen has five service facilities that provide maintenance, parts and training that deliver maximum uptime for their customers. MacQueen recently expanded into a brand-new headquarters facility in St. Paul to better serve their customers and their employees as the company continues to grow.
