Naomi Kaplan

Naomi Kaplan has an extensive background in recruitment and talent management. They founded Kaplan & Partners, a legal recruitment firm, and later served as Vice President of Private Client Services Recruiting at Wedbush Securities. At The Walt Disney Company, Naomi managed a team of Talent Sourcers and collaborated with various business leaders to enhance recruitment strategies. Currently, as Senior Director at Lateral Link, they focus on partner placements nationwide, while also serving as Managing Director at Macrae. Naomi holds a BA from Boston University and a JD from Boston College Law School.
