Erin McKenzie

Erin McKenzie, CFM, is a Senior Facilities Account Manager at Macro, overseeing facilities and workplace management solutions for clients in the Americas since November 2023. Prior to this role, Erin served as a Facilities Account Manager at Mace from September 2016 to November 2023, supporting regional integrated facilities management operations. Erin's career in facilities management began at CBRE as a Facilities Manager and included a significant tenure at Wood Mackenzie as Facilities Manager for North America from June 2002 to August 2014. Erin holds an Audio Recording Program degree from the Institute of Audio Research, a Continuing Education Course in Certified Facilities Manager from Rice University, and completed the Mace Developing Success Executive Education program at Imperial College Business School.
