Golda Caspe

Golda Caspe, CPA, CMA, has extensive experience in financial management, currently serving as the Group Financial Controller at Macro (formerly Mace Operate) since June 2013, with responsibilities that include producing comprehensive financial reports and leading project profitability reviews. Prior to this role, Golda held a Senior Accountant position at MMG Emirates Maintenance, facilitating financial operations during leadership absences, and held multiple leadership roles at MontPac, overseeing accounting teams and improving business processes through technology. Additional experience includes accounting positions at WT Contractors Pty Ltd, Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets, and Shell, demonstrating a strong foundation in accounting practices and financial reporting. Golda earned a BS in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines between 1997 and 2002.
