Nicole Weston

Nicole Weston has extensive experience in administrative and compliance roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as an Office Administrator at Macro Connect, Inc. since February 2024, Nicole previously held positions including Compliance Analyst and Executive Assistant at Success Mortgage Partners from November 2019 to November 2022, as well as Executive Assistant to the President at Partners Making a Difference during the same timeframe. Prior experience includes roles as Product Lead and Office Administrator at Medkinect and Chat Agent at Dynamic BDC. Nicole began a career in early education as a Teaching Assistant at KinderCare from October 2007 to October 2016. Nicole holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Oakland Community College, obtained between 2008 and 2014.
