Paul Taylor has over four decades of experience in support and technical roles across various industries. Since January 1999, Paul has served as a Support Analyst at Macro 4, assisting development teams in the UK and US with in-depth problem analysis while utilizing SalesForce for customer interactions. Prior to this, Paul worked as a Support Engineer, providing first and second level support and contributing to software testing and implementation. Experience also includes roles as a Typesetter and Pagination Technician at Polestar and an Operator at BT, alongside work as a Draughtsman at EDF Energy. Paul holds a Polytechnic Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Brighton and has additional educational credentials from Lewes Technical College and The Beacon School.
