Mike Koesy

Mike Koesy has extensive work experience in project management and operations management. Mike most recently worked at Macro Integration Services as a Project Manager starting in September 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Project Manager at Service Solutions from October 2016 to September 2018. Before that, they served as the Field Operations Manager at Joerns RecoverCare from January 2016 to October 2016.

Starting in 2004, Mike worked at Strategic Connections, Inc. as an Operations Manager until 2012. Prior to that, they worked at MasTec Network Solutions as a Project Manager from January 2000 to February 2003, where they managed major customer rollouts and exceeded project expectations.

Mike's earlier experience includes working at Century Data Systems as both a Service Manager and a District Service Manager from 1982 to 2000. In these roles, they oversaw field service management, including hiring, training, and inventory management, while achieving a 15% improvement in net profit through cost control and revenue growth.

Mike Koesy attended East Carolina University from 1977 to 1981 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. Following that, from 1981 to 1982, they attended the Electronic and Computer Programming Institute (ECPI) where they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Electronics. In 1995, they obtained a certification from the IBM School of Service Management at IBM.
