Mike Senn

Mike Senn has a diverse work experience that spans over 25 years. Mike started their career as a Product Manager at Gates/Arrow in 1995. In 2000, they became the Manager of Business Development at Kyrus. Mike then joined Agilysys (formerly Kyrus Corporation) in 2003 as the Support Center Manager, where they managed a team of managers, employees, and customers in a 24/7 call center. In 2007, they became the Director of Support Services at Agilysys, overseeing financial operations and contracts. In 2010, they joined Pomeroy as the Director of Payment Systems, where they led the company's payment strategy and provided sales support and thought leadership. Currently, Mike holds the position of Vice President of Services at Macro Integration Services, Inc., which they started in 2017. This role involves leading service operations for the company.

Mike Senn obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from the University of South Carolina, attending from 1987 to 1990. Mike then pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration, also from the University of South Carolina, completing their studies from 1992 to 1993. In 2002, they participated in the Retail Masters Executive Program at Santa Clara University. In addition to their formal education, Mike Senn obtained a certification as a Payment Card Industry Professional (PCIP) from the PCI Security Standards Council in August 2015.
