Michael Kandilakis

Michael Kandilakis has over 25 years of experience in the IT staffing industry. Michael began their career in 1994 as a Senior Account Manager at TEKsystems. Michael then moved to CTG in 2001 as a Regional Account Manager. In 2003, they became the Branch Manager at Randstad Technologies US. In 2006, they joined Deloitte as a Senior Account Executive. In 2010, they became a Partner at Vaco. In 2014, they were the Market Lead for Atlanta and Nashville at North Highland. Since 2018, they have been the Senior Vice President at Macro Solutions, a company that was chosen "Best Places To Work" for 5 consecutive years.

Michael Kandilakis attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology.
